The plan consists of 3 balanced meals a day that fit with whatever WW plan you are on (Green, Blue, Purple). It’s the perfect solution to help you get your wellbeing journey back on track and achieve your wellness goals.
All recipes have been developed by Balance Box nutritionists and chefs, with the WW SmartPoints values of all meals calculated by WW nutritionists to ensure that the service fits seamlessly into the WW programme.
With no planning, shopping, preparing, or cooking required, WW Balance Box has got you covered. By delivering delicious, nutritious, and inspiring meals, direct to your door, we take away the time, stress and temptation that comes with trying to eat a balanced, healthy diet.

4 Day box
- Contains all your food for Monday – Thursday.
- Delivered to your door or designated delivery spot on Sunday before 5:30pm.
- Order by midnight on Tuesday to receive a box the following Sunday.
3 Day box
- Contains all your food for Friday – Sunday.
- Delivered to your door or designated delivery spot on Thursday before 5:30pm.
- Order by midnight on Sunday to receive a box the following Thursday.

4 Day box
- Contains all your food for Monday – Thursday.
- Delivered to your door or designated delivery spot between 10pm Sunday evening and 6am Monday morning.
