All recipes have been developed by Balance Box nutritionists and chefs, with the WW SmartPoints values of all meals calculated by WW nutritionists to ensure that the service fits seamlessly into the WW programme.

  • Contains all your food for Monday – Thursday.
  • Delivered to your door or designated delivery spot on Sunday before 5:30pm.
  • Order by midnight on Tuesday to receive a box the following Sunday.

3 Day box

  • Contains all your food for Friday – Sunday.
  • Delivered to your door or designated delivery spot on Thursday before 5:30pm.
  • Order by midnight on Sunday to receive a box the following Thursday.
