- One nomination counts as one entry per person. One entry per person only.
- If your entry is selected, Balance Box will attempt to contact you twice via social media for you to submit recipients address. You have 48 hours to respond to message before another entry is chosen instead.
- You must provide your Mum’s full name, postal address along with your contact phone number or any other details that may be required for us to send your Balance Box out.
- 3 entries will be randomly selected, and boxes issued to these entrance’s nominations.
- Entry window opens from time of post and closes at Balance Box’s discretion (no later than Mothering Sunday 2019).
- The Classic Menu Balance Box sent out is not transferable and may not be re-sold.
- We cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any problem which may result in any Competition entry or other correspondence being lost or not being properly registered.
- In the event of a dispute, our decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
- We reserve the right to cancel the Competition or amend these Terms at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside our control.
