New Recipe: Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Happy National Fitness Day! National Fitness Day helps to highlight the role physical activity plays across the UK, helping to raise awareness of its importance in assisting us to lead healthier lifestyles through being physically active.

To celebrate National Fitness Day, we are launching our delicious new Peanut Butter Protein Balls! These balls can be enjoyed as a pre or post workout snack as they contain 7g of protein each, which aids muscle recovery. They also contain gluten free oats which are a slow releaser of energy, supporting you in any rigorous workout regime! Full recipe below!

Peanut Butter Protein Balls (Makes 10 Balls)

  • 100g Peanut butter
  • 70g Agave Syrup
  • 1g Vanilla Paste
  • 30g Protein Powder
  • 60g Gluten Free Oats
  • 20g Linseed
  • 20g Chia Seeds
  • 15g Desiccated Coconut


-Grind the linseeds and chia seeds into a powder                                                                – Place all the ingredients, except for the desiccated
coconut, into a blender and pulse until the mix is smooth
and coming together.
– Add the coconut and pulse again, in order to evenly distribute
the coconut.
– Roll into 25g balls and enjoy!
